Responsibilities of the AR Specialist position:
- Heavy reconciliations; deductions, discounts, and customer disputes.
- Review and maintain a portfolio of assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
- Make calls or send emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Resolve client disputes in a timely manner.
- Respond to daily emails (internal or external) in a timely manner.
- Have a working relationship with vendors, internal sales personnel, and customers.
- Assist with other tasks within the accounting department as they are assigned.
What this company needs in a AR Specialist?
- 3+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable/Collections experience, ideally B2B
- Able and willing to make collection calls when needed
- Detailed oriented and great communication skills
- Stable background
Salary $50,000-65,000
